It's big enough to fit a desk in if you WFH, there’s a huge open plan living room/kitchen, fast broadband and big screen TV w/ BT and all the sports channels, netflix & amazon prime - plus have a PS4 so bonus if you play FIFA 🤓. Also has a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer - the works. Oh and a cleaner comes once a month. There’s also a communal garden and secure bike store.

Its a great location just down from Broadway Market with brilliant transport links - 30mins to Central London, 15mins to Liverpool Street - theres a 24hr bus stop just round the corner, and its a short walk to Bethnal Green/Hoxton/Cambridge Heath stations. Also right next to Haggerston park with loads of cafes, pubs and restaurants right on our doorstep, and Columbia Road, Broadway Market & London Fields is <5min walk away.

The room is master bedroom with en suite, and comes furnished with double bed, bedside table. Total p/month is £1,400 which includes all bills (council tax, broadband & TV, electricity, heating, hot water, cleaner). The room is available from 1st April.
*One big flag is that my mortgage is up in 12 months (which I intend to renew) but rates will likely increase by that time so rent could increase from Feb 2024.

I've lived here for 6 years now - the flat is a relaxing space that really feels like a home, I want whoever moves in to feel like its theirs too (there's plenty of wall space to fill). I'm from Scotland originally and have lived in Hackney for 12 years. I work in advertising and WFH 2 days a week. I love live sports, bit of a film buff and enjoy going to the gym.

I'm pretty laid back, clean and tidy, and always down for a pint (theres some excellent locals nearby) but this isn't a party flat - those days are long gone 😉.
