We are Curtis (29), Julie (30) and Attila (29). We have been living together in two different house shares over the past 2 years. Our lovely fourth flatmate is sadly moving out, so we have an extra room to fill by a single person.

The flat is perfectly located on the corner of Amhurst Road and Shacklewell Lane, right by Hackney Down Studios, The Hand of Glory pub, Brunswick East Bakehouse and the park. Also a short walk from Kingsland Road and through the park to Hackney Central.

About the room: The room is a good size double with space for a desk. There's a big window looking out onto the patio that fills the room with light through morning and early afternoon. The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, and if you would like you can buy the desk, dresser, clothes rail from the leaving flatmate very cheaply.
The landlord is also happy to take furniture away if you have your own.
About the flat: The place is massive. The living room has tons of space and a huge dining table that we've really enjoyed using for dinner parties. It's also an amazing place to work from home. Looking at the pictures of the patio you'd be forgiven for thinking it's a shared space with other flats, but it's actually all for us. We've had a great time this summer gardening and having friends over.
The bathroom is shared between 3 with lots of space and a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped with loads of prep and storage space, there's a brand new fridge and freezer and there's also a dishwasher! We welcome any kitchen gadget you might bring.
The landlord is private and a lovely guy, he's always happy to help with anything if needed.

About us: In short, we're a social, friendly and laid-back bunch. During the week we like to keep it pretty quiet as we're all working, but we still like to hang out together after work. In the weekends we love roaming the markets, looking at cool art, going to pubs and enjoying music.
The three of us have been living together for quite some time now, we've spent all of lockdown together including Christmas and we had an amazing time. We love any excuse to have a big night in getting some bougie ingredients, cooking an incredible meal and playing some tunes, and we love having a few mates over too.
We always make sure to keep the communal area in a good shape and we communicate very openly.

About you: Be cool! We're looking for someone who shares our values and wants to hang out with us. Family vibes. Ideally looking around our age, but we're more than happy to hear from you if you think you'd be a good fit, whatever your age.

The room is available from the 27th January.
The rent is £640 + bills.
Gas is included in the rent, the extra bills are approx £70 a month covering WiFi, electricity, water, and council tax.
We're happy to do in-person, or video viewings.
