The flat is located just off Hackney Road, in a quiet cul de sac - 2 minutes from Colombia Road and 5 mins walk from Broadway Market. Bethnal Green central line is a 10 min walk away, with direct buses to central London a stones throw away, so it’s really well connected. It really is a wonderful location.

It is is split over two floors; with a kitchen/living room and a small toilet situated on the bottom floor, and a bathroom with a bath and shower upstairs.

The room is a bright, cosy double, with plenty of storage under the bed. The room has a beautiful view over Ion square and gets the sun all evening. It is furnished with a double bed, shelves and, a wardrobe The room has recently been re-decorated, although you are more than welcome to bring your own furtniture and decorate the room as you wish.

You would be sharing with - Ellie (22), Andrew (24) a couple - Cormac (31) and Alice (26). We work in a range of industries (retail, teaching, fashion and events).

We would like someone sociable and relaxed who we can share a home with and is up for chats, a glass of wine together etc. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and take in turns to do a clean each week.

Bills come in at around £50 a month, and the deposit is £425.
