Short term let in Hackney

Hello,

I have a 3 bed flat in the heart of Hackney. The flat is 5 mins to London Fields and 8 mins to Victoria Park.

I am looking for an individual or couple to take one of the spare rooms for 1-2 months any time from end July.

Viewings can be arranged. These can be virtual or in person.

I would like you to feel at home and to treat the flat as your own. I enjoy going for dinner and drinks in the area, swimming in the local lido and playing tennis.

The price of the room includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. It also includes use of washing machine, internet, kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony.

Rooms come with a double bed, mattress and bedding, side table, lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Some of these items are not shown in the pictures. It’s a quiet room, with a nice view.

Rent is £1,100 for an individual and £1,300 for a couple. This can be pro rata’d.
