Double bedroom in bright, spacious new flat

Hey everyone! There is a room coming up in our Dalston flat on June 1st.

L O C A T I O N
- The flat in the same building as Allpress in Dalston
- Dalston High Street is a few minutes walk away so there are lots of local amenities close-by. Sainsburys is within walking distance.
- London Fields park is 10 minutes away.
- Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland are about 7 minutes walk away. Hackney central about 15.

F L A T
- This is a 3 bed flat built 3 years ago, so everything works well. Theres lots of storage outside the bedrooms, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
- There are two bathrooms with bath tubs (you'd be sharing with one person)
- Open kitchen/living room area
- Nice lighting in the flat so our plants are thriving
- To get to the flat there are around two sets of steps (about 15 in total) but there is also a maintained lift. There is a second floor in the flat that has the 2nd bathroom and my bedroom, so technically you wouldn't need to climb any stairs if it was tricky for you.
- The flat is within a gated section with keycode/buzzer access. There is an intercom with camera for visitors

H O U S E M A T E S
- I'm 34 yo digital designer, veggie, love music and dancing (I have a pole in my room)
- Jai, 33, is an illustrator who currently works in fashion.
- Thara is an artist and model from India, subletting Jai's room until September
- We're all pretty easy-going and want to make the place homely and chilled. Always happy to have friends over.
- LGBTQIA+ community and allies only
- Someone clean and tidy is a must 🙏

R O O M
- The room can come furnished or unfurnished
- Double room with plenty of light and big window
- Short and long lets considered
- Not suitable for couples (sorry!)

M O N E Y
- The room is £800 with £923 deposit
- Bills are extra and come to around £100 a month
- Benefits accepted
- Rent is paid to an agency but there are no additional fees. We have a good relationship with them and they respond quickly.

D A T E S
- The room is available from June 1st.
