Double Room Available In Modern Hackney Apartment

Hi – James & Alexis here! (available from 31st March 2025)

We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely flat as we have a modern, spacious double bedroom available to rent from end March.

So a little bit about your new home…we are located in between Hackney Wick/Homerton and both overground stations are a short 10 minute walk away. There is a gym and concierge service also on site.

Everything you could ever need is here on your door step - all within walking distance. The location includes great transport links to get you further around London with regular buses, overground & tube (Central Line – Stratford/Leyton). You are also absolutely spoilt for choice with bars, restaurants and coffee shops that are all only a stones throw away in Hackney Wick.

We are located right on the canal which is ideal if you want to go and explore its surroundings if you ever need a break from the London buzz. We are very lucky to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds.

The living room/kitchen is open plan and for London living is a VERY good size! This also leads out onto a balcony where you can sit out in the summer along with other several communal roof terraces within the complex. The main bathroom is of a very good size with a shower AND a bath. Your bedroom fits a double bed, large wardrobe, drawer, desk and chair (bed, wardrobe & drawer all included) – so all in all it’s a very roomy flat and we never feel like we are on top of one another.

And finally a little bit about your housemates….Alexis and James are both very hard working professionals however we do like to socialise with friends quite often but do not get that mixed up for party animals! We would be looking for someone very similar to ourselves who is sociable but also has their own life going on.

We are both quite bubbly confident characters but are respectful of each others space and privacy.
