Hi, we are looking for a flatmate into share this cool spacious Hackney 3-bedroom flat, as the current co-tenant is looking to move out.

A double room with its own bathroom is available from June 2024, furnished with bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. The room has space for a desk for those working form home.

The bathroom is not en-suite but you will have your own bathroom, which is the biggest in the flat and comes with a bathtub.

The flat has an open plan living room/kitchen, panoramic views and a huge balcony. We have a lot of storage space inside 3 storage and utilities rooms within the flat. There's also a free gym downstairs for residents and a communal terrace on the 3rd floor. The development was just built in 2015.

About me: 30 year old, work in town planning, enjoy museums and cinema.
The other tenants are young professionals . We lived here for 1-3 years now.

Would take 5 minutes to get to Bohemia Market, and 15 minutes - to London Fields and Broadway Market.

The contract is a direct tenancy with the Landlady, and the deposit is under government-authorized TDS protection scheme.
