Sociable housemates, epic location and big, modern open plan (seriously, see the photos) apartment for all the time we spend at home these days. 3 minute walk to Haggerston station and within 10-15 mins walk is Shoreditch, London Fields, Broadway Market, Hoxton, Victoria park and many other delights of East London.

There's a small south facing balcony that gets a lot of sun if you're a worshipper and a door from the kitchen out to a communal courtyard that also gets sun. Kitchen includes all modern fittings, including a dishwasher.

The room is available from around 25th September, and would only be available until 31st October 2021. I am leaving the room as I am moving abroad, so need to fill the space - It’s a big double room with an ensuite and plenty of space for a desk and chair setup.

Who you’ll be living with:

Tom (29) - Aussie. Like proper Aussie. Occasionally does zoom calls on top volume setting previously unknown to man. Happy guy that’s enthusiastic about everything and always wants to be doing something and always checking in on ‘How ya goin?’. Refers to himself as the house motivator / head of experience. Works in startups in ‘the Ditch’. Absolutely loves soccer. Listens to Aussie hip hop or the Killers on repeat.

Ben (31) - Currently talks roughly 20% of the time about his hair loss. Nowhere near as enthusiastic as Tom unless it’s about going to the pub. Also works in tech and spends a lot of time boring others with new startup ideas. Loves surf trips, golf, football. Listens to the greatest showman or UK hip hop.

Who we’re looking for: Ideally someone of a similarish age that wants to be part of a sociable flat. We regularly go to the pub together, make plans, play golf, watch football, workout, tell each other we’re going bald, talk about bad Hinge dates etc etc. Looking for someone that can come and slot right in.
