Hey future housemate!

We’re on the hunt for a lovely human (28+) to join our home because our current housemate is off to live the couple life. Their loss is your gain – because spaces like this don’t pop up often!

🏡 The House
We live in a beautiful, two-storey, four-bedroom Victorian semi-detached just off Chatsworth Road – a short 10-minute walk from Homerton station. We're also within strolling distance of Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park, the canal, and loads more green spaces.

Inside, we’ve got:
✨ A cosy living room for epic movie nights, trashy TV marathons (think Catchphrase, Dress to Impress, MAFS), and quality hangouts. Snacks are mandatory.
✨ A big kitchen & dining area that opens up onto our spacious garden – complete with a BBQ, fire pit, and even an inflatable pool for those rare but glorious sunny days.
✨ Two bathrooms! With two showers. Downstairs bathroom shower should be reapier by move in date.
✨ A bike storage room (because we’re a cycling-friendly bunch).
✨ A spare room for visiting friends or family – we’re all about sharing the love.

🛏️ The Room
A spacious double room that comes unfurnished, so you can put your stamp on it and make it your own! The current housemate is willing to sell furniture too.

👯‍♂️ The Housemates
You’ll be living with three easygoing, fun, clean and sociable housemates – an actor, a developer, and an NHS worker. It's a mixed house (two males, one female), and we’re all about that friendly, respectful, and sociable vibe. We love a chat over dinner, occasional pub trips, and our fair share of terrible but entertaining TV.

💰 The Boring but Important Stuff
🏠 Rent: £700 per month
💡 Bills: Around £130 per month
💰 Deposit: £600 (via our lovely, family-run estate agent)
📅 Move-in Date: From 8th April 2026
