Double room in social Dalston flat with cats

I am looking for a woman to share my Dalston flat with me and my 2 cats! 🐈 🐈‍⬛.

ABOUT THE FLAT:
Lovingly furnished 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with open plan living/dining room and kitchen and a small south facing balcony.
The available bedroom is a double, with enough room for a large double wardrobe and desk. It has a north facing floor-to-ceiling window which looks onto the street which is relatively quiet. The bedroom is not en-suite but given that I have an en-suite, you would not be sharing the bathroom with anyone.
The flat is on the first floor of a 5 floor complex which has a lift and communal off street bike storage.

BILLS:
The bills on the flat come to approximately £240pm each, but this also includes professional cleaning of the whole flat every two weeks.

THE AREA:
I am a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction station and a 10 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland. In the other direction I am a short walk to London fields, Broadway market and the canal.

ABOUT ME:
I am a sociable and outgoing 33 year old woman who has recently returned to London from abroad.
I am currently looking for a job so am in the flat most of the time during the day, but in the future would expect to work from an office 3-4 days per week.
On weekends I like visiting Broadway market, hosting friends at my flat, trying out new restaurants and cocktail bars, and on Sundays you can generally find me nursing a hangover on the sofa.
My main hobby is weightlifting but I also enjoy dabbling in some DIY, looking after my plants, cooking, and of course hanging out with my adorable cats.

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR:
A woman in her late twenties to mid thirties with a similar lifestyle to me who loves cats!
I would love to share with someone who is sociable and would enjoy a communal style of living where we can share things, occasionally watch TV together eat together and hang out with each other’s friends when they come over.
