I'm sadly leaving one of the best flats I've lived in during my time in London as I am leaving the country to pastures new. This is an amazing 4 bedroom flat located 5 min walk from Hackney Central station with the best flat mates ever.

Note that the rent is £1,330/month excluding bills. Bills come to approx. £150/pm, which includes a fortnightly cleaner.
Deposit is £1,630 (but Spareroom is not letting me input the correct amount annoyingly).

You'll be living with Sophie, 33, Sarah 25, and Tom, 33. They all love the flat and take great care of it, so we would like to make sure to find someone who is equally respectful of the place, yet is happy to socialise with everyone.

About the flat...

This a top floor duplex flat with bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. We have underfloor heating and lots of storage space for any of the bulky things that you might want to store outside of your room. There is a huge living space, with an open-plan kitchen and balcony.

About the room...
The room available is part-furnished; the bed and mattress are staying and there is a huge built-in wardrobe space. Just as an FYI - I am looking to sell the book shelves, desk and the two mirrors. As with the rest of the flat, it has underfloor heating and is well noise-insulated from the outside world so it's comfortable all year around! You also get the best view overseeing East London, and sunrise on the morning.

A bit about us...

Sophie, 33, is an illustrator and editorial graphic designer. She likes watercolours, butter, and a comfy bed. She's always up for a chat and a glass of wine whilst she's cooking some delicious food.

Tom, 33, works in sales for Google. He likes so many things that it'd be too hard to list them all here! He's a collage artist, always up for a chat and tell us about the latest class he's taken on.

Sarah, 25, has joined the flat shared recently. She works in Fashion as a designer and tend to work long hours. But always for a chat whilst cooking food, sharing the latest fashion gossips.

Sophie and Tom work from home 1 to 3 days/week.
