TRAVEL;

As the house is 3 minutes away from the station, you’ll have access to the overground fairly quickly -
11 mins to Stratford/10 mins to Highbury Islington where you’ll be able to grab Victoria line. So travel is perfect around this area!
FOOD/GROCERIES/SOCIAL;
Around the area there’s local grocery stores just a minute walk from the house followed by a couple of nice pubs like the Spread Eagle and Adam and Eve if that’s your thing - with hackney wick being a 5 minute overground journey.

You must be able to keep the house tidy on a satisfactory level and maintain it, to be respectful etc. both housemates will be easy and let you get on with your day but just be clean is emphasised. Other than that, besides from chipping in on some house hold equipment here and there, there isn’t much else to say on this point. P. s. professionals aren’t essential but preferred
