My name is Max (she/her) and I live with my partner Row (she/her) and our tuxedo cat Mara. We have a short-term room available for 6-8 weeks in the two bed flat we are renting in Clapton.

The room is ideal for someone between tenancies, relocating, doing a short work contract, or needing a temporary base in London.

• No deposit required
• Available 1st May – mid/end of June (flexible on exact dates but ending latest 26th June)
• Furnished room with bed and wardrobe
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room
• We have a cat called Mara who is very cuddly and curious

My partner and I are the lead tenants and currently live in the house along with one other housemate. We are all moving out at the end of June when the tenancy is ending but our flat mate is moving out early, so we’re looking for someone easygoing who needs a short, hassle-free place to stay for a couple of months.

The house is located in Clapton, with good transport links, local cafes, shops, and parks/ the wetlands nearby. It’s a great spot for anyone needing easy access to central and East London.

We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with who needs a simple short-term place for a couple of months.
