Hello, I have 2 lovely double rooms to rent inside my home in Hackney east London E8. The rooms are very comfy and fully furnished with one of the rooms comprising of a built in wardrobe and additional under bed storage. The other room as shelving storage units and under bed storage.
The flat is south facing so benefits from lots of natural light. It’s very close to London Fields station and London fields park. As well as Haggerston station and Snake park. Centrally located to most places across London. The flat is also a five minute walk from Broadway market which operates a street food market at weekends. (Very popular with locals and tourists).
In addition Shoreditch High street, renowned for its bustling night life, is around a 15 minute walk from the house so, there is always plenty to do in and around the area. No living room access but there is free parking on the street at the weekends.
My wife and I, are looking for either students or working professionals (NO COUPLES). The successful candidate must be easy going, respectful, clean, and doesn't mind living landlords. They must also be DBS checked as this is a family friendly environment.
Prospective housemates will have access to a kitchen large cooker, microwave, washing machine, air fryer, dishwasher as well as all bills and WIFI included in your monthly rent.
To move into our home we require one month rent upfront and a deposit of one month’s rent.
