Bright Double Room - Hackney

Hello!

I will be moving out from my lovely bedroom in London Fields in June and I am looking for someone to replace me.

This is one double bedroom in a 3 Bedrooms/ 1 Bathroom apartment available from the 24th June.

I am looking for someone tidy, clean, respectful to live with my 2 super nice flatmates Liz and Simona. Looking for someone we can trust to respect the flat. Not a party flat, we are all pretty busy and use the apartment as a peace sanctuary in our busy life in London.

The bedroom comes unfurnished.

We share a bathroom/toilets and an amazing and super sunny kitchen/living room space. Apartment is on 2nd floor of a safe and refurbished building.

Location is AMAZING, 5min walk to Victoria Park and London Fields (pool, overground, Broadway market...). 15min walk to Hackney Downs and 20min to Bethnal Green tube.

Rent is just under £700 with bills on top which adds on around £100 per month (more or less depending on the season).
