Mon-Fri, light space, 15 mins to Liverpool Street

Available Monday to Friday (weekdays only) from May: Light double room a few stops away from Liverpool Street station.

The flat has big windows, lots of light and good spots to perch. It's a 4 minute walk from Hackney Downs station with fast trains to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes.

The Downs are good for a run or stroll, and the neighbourhood is full of pleasant parks, swimming spots, pubs, foods, wines, and cafés nearby. Council tax, wifi, electricity, water, and all that is included.

The room is pretty roomy and there's a nice southwestern light that streams in all day. It's furnished with a double bed, large armoire, little desk and there are optional plants if you'd appreciate the company.

All of us in the building ride bikes so the communal hallway is a bit full of them, but we could get organised with a rack and create more space if you need it.

I work as a researcher and use some of the common space for work a couple of days per week. I also occasionally teach yoga in a closed room/online. Oh, and I'm veg, so easy if you're one too or we work out a way to keep everyone eating happily.

As far as the vibe of the space goes, I'd say it's quiet and peaceful by default —not a loud television or impromptu party sort of flat. But I love gatherings and having people round for dinner from time to time, so if we check in and arrange that stuff with each other in advance, that could work really well.

Open to *Monday - Friday* stays, or other *weekday* arrangements. Available from May 2nd. (If you're on the lookout for a flat as your main home 7 days per week, this wouldn't be right for you.)
