The Flat:
Located in a secure building block with concierge downstairs. The building isn't much to look at but the flat itself is lovely, located on the 5th floor (with a lift) and split over 2 floors. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom which are on the 2nd level. There is a south-facing bright open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area on the lower level. The kitchen has all the expected amenities: fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. There is a decent sized balcony with a lovely view of London.

♧ The bedroom available is a double room and comes with a double bed and mirrored wardrobe. There is also a small built-in closet.

The flat is pet-friendly, although no pets currently live in the flat.

6 minutes from Homerton Overground, with various bus links into Zone 1 and beyond.

30 minute commute to Liverpool Street

Hackney Wick and Hackney Central are both a 15min walk away.

Rent:
The rent is £1150 plus bills - you can pick your preferred broadband and gas/electric providers if you wish!

About Me:
A lot of my time is spent outside of London so you will have the apartment to yourself for 2 - 3 weeks at a time!
