Two Rooms In Lower Clapton Lovely House Move Asap

Hello!

If you're anxious like me and know you'll be needing a house in the autumn you'll probably want to nail something down soon.

Our flatmate is deserting the UK (probably because of the weather this summer) and the other it’s moving out also, so we've got two double room for single use in Lower Clapton, just by Hackney Marshes and a 10 min bike ride to Hackney Wick/Dalston/Hackney Central. It's 800 + bills (which usually come around 110 or so).
15 minutes away from Homerton Station and two minutes away from the bus stop (242). You can also get to Stratford pretty quick by walking 7 mins to the 308 bus stop or if you don’t wanna walk until Hackney Central we also have the 242 stop just 1 minute from the house which it’s quite handy.

You'll be living with Josh (English) and with me May (Brazilian).

We're all professionals in our 20s and we're looking for someone around the same age (mid-20s to late 30s).

We've all met recently but get along really well, the house is a nice space that we keep clean, sharing duties, helping each other and striking the perfect balance of hanging out/leaving each other alone.

It's a nice, serene, laid-back household and it would be great to keep it that way with a fourth housemate that matches the vibe.
We're looking for someone who's clean, considerate of other people and doesn't cause any drama because let's face it... ain't nobody got time for that.
