Large South Facing Double n Hackney

We're looking for someone to move in as I'm moving out at the end of this month.

The house is shared with 4 others, 2 men and 2 woman, with a 50/50 yt/POC split. Everyone works within the creative industry, and 3 housemates spend the majority of their week in office/studio. While we're definitely not a party house, evenings are very social, and if you're hanging about on the weekend you will probably be talked in to some shenanigans.

The house has 3 bathrooms, and you would be sharing yours with one other person. We have a cleaning rota that we rotate through weekly, and keep track of shared expenses in our house splitwise. Because we're in a row house, the house is really well insulated , with all rooms facing south on to the garden.

We're looking for someone friendly and clean, and preferably over 27. The lease renews in October and the house is looking for someone to stay on for the long term. We're hosting viewings ASAP, so if you're interested please send a message sharing a little bit about yourself and your availability🙃
