7 rooms in London Fields Housing Co-operative

In a co-op - the tenants are members of an organisation - which owns or leases the house. This means you become your own landlord and have much more freedom. Paint the walls, get a pet - as long as your fellow members agree - it's your place to put your mark on.

We have set up a new housing co-op in London Fields in a beautiful light airy, converted warehouse. The co-op comprises of 2 flats. One has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And the other flat is 4 bedrooms with en-suite rooms. Both flats have 2 large communal areas for dining and chilling.

Some rooms are bigger than others - and 4 are ensuite, so we are open to doing different prices which we can all decide are fair together. Also open to couples too. For a ball park figure we expect rent will be between £1000 - £1500 per month max or less for those sharing a room.

This is a co-operative, so we're looking for people who want to live communally, have shared meals, and be a part of the house!
