My flat mate Jack is moving out at the end of April and I am looking for someone to replace him in this lovely flat. The move in date is somewhat flexible (can be up to 9th May).
About the flat:
The flat itself is in a new build complex, right on Hackney Downs. We have a concierge, separate bike storage and there is access to a swimming pool from April. It’s 2 bed/2 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and is just off the open-plan living/dining room which I have furnished. There is a north facing balcony adjacent to the dining area with enough room to grow plants and relax on in the summer. The flat is quiet, well insulated and has underfloor heating. We are a one minute walk from the Downs and about 10 minutes walk from Lower Clapton and Dalston.
About the room:
The available double room is bright with its own wardrobe space. You would have your own separate bathroom with bath+shower (but I would like to be able to occasionally use the bath!) Please be aware this room is unfurnished (bed purchase negotiable with Jack).
About me:
I am a junior doctor working in Women’s Health in East London. I sometimes work irregular shifts (including night shifts), so I would ask that you be respectful of noise etc.
I really like my house to be my home and I am looking for someone who shares this mentality. I love cooking and exploring restaurants/pubs in the local area as well as entertaining at home. I enjoy swimming at the Lido, yoga, cycling, gardening and generally keeping active outdoors, as well as music and the arts. I already have a great network of friends/family/partner in the area but I’m looking forward to expanding this.
