Room is available from the ***7th of April to 16th of June***! 705 first month and 800 per month thereafter as I've found a new place a tad early with a friend and rent is going up at the new contract in May.

The house is located on a quiet, residential area, 5 mins walk from Chatsworth Road, a very cute street where you can find everything you will need - and a sick old school cinema “The Castle”. 7 mins walk from Homerton station.

The house is very spacious with bright living room, big kitchen, one bathroom, one extra toilet downstairs and a big garden at the back with a green house. There is also a large storage space attached to the house if you have things to store.

Room is spacious big with space for desk if you are working from home.

The room comes partly furnished, with double beds and wardrobes.

You will share the house with Jo a civil servant working from home a bit, always on the move and enjoys comedy shows, a pint and making her own perfume!

Elan, the second housemate has also been at the house for four years, she works in hospitality and enjoys anything crafty like making jewellery and candles.

Everyone is super friendly and enjoy having a chat, but also enjoy doing their own thing.

Everyone likes to keep the place clean and tidy! We would like to have people who feel the same about keeping up the cleaning and all the housemates do one clean of the whole house each in a month and just cleaning up after ourselves when cooking etc, it makes a nice atmosphere!

The house is a quiet space to relax and unwind but it's also open to having people around and enjoying the garden together. In summer the garden is lovely There is a lot of space in the house that even with guests it doesn’t feel loud. We try and be respectful to eachothers working hours and check with the rest if we want to have a big meet up back at the house.
