Hi! My flatmate is moving to Germany for a new job, so I'm looking for someone to take his place in this bright and spacious furnished factory conversion apartment. The room is available from 28th April 2024 and the rent is £1,350pcm. You'd be joining an annual contract that has ~10 months remaining.

A little about me: I'm a software engineer who likes climbing, film, theatre, cooking and music. If you enjoy heading out to gigs/galleries, cooking with friends, or trading a few books - you'd be a great fit!

Flat details:
The flat's on the 4th-floor in The Textile Building, Hackney Central. This building is an old Burberry factory that's been converted into bright and spacious apartments. It's ~7 minutes walk from Hackney Central overground station and ~3 minutes walk from a big Tesco. There's cycle storage and a concierge. Internet speeds are very fast (>100Mbps download and upload). The flat is fully furnished with high-quality furniture, including: desk in the kitchen, bed frame & mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom.

Bills are not included in the monthly rent.
Energy & Gas bills usually come to ~£80 per person per month
Water bills usually come to ~£20 per person per month
Broadband usually comes to ~£20 per person per month
Council tax usually comes to ~£90 per person per month

Contract details:
You will be taking my flatmate's place in an annual contract that started on 04 March 2024. The Landlord is friendly, organised and helpful.
