This apartment has very new facilities and good environment, with a common pool hall, activity area, quiet study area, movie room, gym on the first floor of the same building and easy access to the elevator. Excellent location, next to Hoxton Tube station, three minutes walk away. Downstairs is the supermarket, directly opposite is Sainsbury's, ten minutes walk to the famous art district Shoreditch High Street,20 minutes to Liverpool st. The Overground Tube is just outside the door. It takes half an hour to get to the city centre and half an hour to get to Stratford. It only takes three stops.
