I have a spacious double bedroom available in the lovely Stoke Newington area. Transport links are excellent, the flat is a 3 minute walk from Rectory road station which gets to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes and Kings Cross in 20 going the other way. There are plenty of bus routes locally if you're not into overground/underground travels.
The local area is vibrant with a lot of restaurants, pubs, bars, parks and much much more.
A bit about me and the flat - I'm a professional who works in town 5 days a week and am therefore, only around in the evenings and parts of the weekend. I also have a lovely 3.5-year-old indoor cat (moonlight) who is well-tempered, friendly, and enjoys his chill time. I enjoy good food, films, games, and fitness, and am happy to be as friendly as the new flatmate wants. I'm always up for a good chat or walk when I am around and am very welcoming and friendly to all.
The flat itself has one bathroom, a shared living area, a kitchen, and garden space. All areas except for the individual bedrooms are for sharing. A cleaner is included once a week and a gardener once a month. All bills and internet are included in the price.
