Cute small single room in house share that comes furnished with a double bed, one small wardrobe and one small table. This room would suit someone with not a lot of personal belongings as the room is small. The room is lockable from the inside of the room and also the outside.

We live in a house with a living room and a kitchen furnished, a parking lot, a terrasse and one toilet bathroom and one separate toilet. The house is also equipped with fire extinguisher, smoke detector and fire alarm.

It’s a house of 2 males ( LGBT friendly ) and 1 female, all working professionals very friendly, respectful and sociable. We like to eat together and play board games/video games or watch movies together from time to time in the living room so we’re looking for someone that have similar vibes as us. Also we would like someone for long terme only, clean and tidy ( very important ) and preferably a girl around our age because we would like some balance.

The bills come to around 80£ at the end of the month including wifi, heating/ electricity and the deposit is 778£

2 minute walk to Hackney downs
Loads of transport links and groceries shops around.
Hackney is a vibrant area and has great links to the city.
