Two Rooms in Hackney Central!

Tldr; Two rooms available to pick from in big, bright flat in Hackney Central with big garden! 6 months starting in early June with the opportunity to extend another 6 months. Queer-friendly flat with two lovely female housemates who are 26. Bigger room is £940 pcm and smaller room is £895 pcm excluding bills.

Fine print: I am looking for someone to take over my contract for my place in Hackney Central. My housemates are extending our tenancy by a year (starting in June), but I’m moving onto to another place. My housemates are likely looking to use the 6 month break clause in December but if you like the place you can stay on the contract for a year and will just need to find new housemates to take over their contracts. One of my housemates is open to someone taking her room for less rent, but you can pick whichever room you like more. You’d be taking over my contract, which means you’d pay me back my security deposit (~1k) as you would receive what I paid at the end of your tenancy. Youd also need to pass referencing with the landlord and need to provide your own mattress. Unsure what furniture I’m leaving but we can discuss (bigger room is mine). :)
