Room in huge warehouse flat

Hi! I have my beautiful room in Hoxton/Haggerston becoming available in August. You would join a flat consisting of 1 boy and 1 girl, both professionals with a mix of WFH and office 🏢 💻 We are a social flat and like to have fun 🪩 💃🏻 but also have our own space and friends separately 👯‍♂️. The flat is absolutely huge and over two floors. Your room is the top floor and would share a bathroom with one of the other tenants 🛀 extra bonus is it includes a bath!! The place is a warehouse conversion, so is amazingly well sound proofed so can’t hear the other tenants at all 🔊 ❌ We all take ownership of one bill (gas electric/council tax/wifi), and split evenly, so you would be taking over the Wi-Fi. 🛜 We have a brand new boiler which is very energy efficient and a washing/dryer machine. 💵 The area is lovely, super close to Dalston, Shoreditch and Broadway market is a 10 min walk along the canal away.🛟🌅 the building has a lift, and also a large bike rack with CCTV, there’s also plenty of space to store bikes inside the flat 🚲 if you prefer to drive, you would also be eligible to apply for a permit with Hackney council for off street parking for £60 a year, which I where I keep my car now. 🚗 Cost of bills is approximately £150 per month. 💸 Deposit is £1200 and the way this works is that it has transferred to the departing tenant rather than the landlord around the time of signing contracts.
