Double Room near Victoria Park

Hello :)

I'm Ricardo, and I'll be leaving my amazing double room in a lovely house, perfectly located between London Fields and Victoria Park.

I'm looking for someone to replace me and take over the contract, which goes until April 2025.

It’s a relaxed home and my housemate Helen will be staying on and would love someone fun to live with, who respects boundaries and doesn’t bring chaos!
Ideally she's looking for a professional, easy-going, respectful housemate, who will make this a home and nice place to live. This is definitely not a party-house.

The room comes with lots of storage and lots of shelves. Other than that it's unfurnished, but there's the option of keeping my bed and mattress, which I got only 6-months ago. I haven't thought of a price yet but we can discuss that during viewings.

The bills are not included and amount to about £163 per month. This includes: high-speed internet (Now TV), Netflix, TV License, Council Tax, Shell Energy and Water.

There is flexibility on the moving date, starting from the 25th June onwards.

We are planning to do viewings this week. Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon and maybe Saturday and Sunday, so please drop us a message if you are interested and/or have any questions.
