Big room in clapton 2 bed available from May

Hello!

Large room available in a 2 bed Clapton ex council flat from 1 May (or sooner), living with me (the owner).

Room comes furnished with desk, bed, drawers and wardrobe, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. You also get the benefit of my LRB and Mubi subscriptions, and my Rio cinema membership.

I am a 30 year old civil servant who enjoys queer nightlife/dance music/the pub at the weekends, and home cooked dinners/tv/films/reading midweek.

Hoping for someone chill to live with, with mutual respect for each others' own space. Definitely looking for someone who becomes a friend, rather than just being ships in the night though!

You'd need to be happy with being veggie in the flat.

The one con is that it's not the quietest block in the world so probably not right for a light sleeper - it doesn't bother me or most previous flatmates and their partners, but did bother one.
