Hey there, we’re looking for a new housemate to join this lovely 4 bed house to take over my room end of May/ start of June 2026 as I am moving out to live with my partner.
About the Room:

A lovely and bright good sized double bedroom which comes unfurnished.

Room shares a bathroom & toilet with one other housemate on the top floor of the house.

Rent: £775 per month + 100£ for bills.

Deposit: £890 (secured)

Fulltime employment with 3 months payslips & UK based guarantor requested by landlord for all prospective tenants.

Sorry no students, pets (sadly) or couples.

About the House:

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, with big open-plan living room and kitchen. Best thing about the house is the lovely garden that's a great suntrap in the summer!

Homerton Overground is a 15 minute walk away, with great bus routes and cycling options nearby.

Private landlord who is quick to address any issues and is relaxed about any changes we want to make to the property.

Everyone generally maintains their own social life and respects each other’s space but people are always down for a garden hang.

All the house tasks/cleaning are split equally so house is always clean and tidy.

About the house;

Ryan (35): A jeweller from Suffolk with interests in music, food, photography, and football. Easy going and friendly, he works full-time in his studio and at a local pub.

Camilla (33): Originally from Australia with Italian roots, she works full-time for a professional membership body and is studying for an MA in film studies. She loves photography, interior design, and the arts.

Munib (31): Moved to London last year and he works full time as a Claims Technician, enjoys cycling, coffee and any outdoors activities.

Things we love about living here:

Chatsworth Road has a weekly Sunday market and plenty of options for coffee, food and drinks in the local area.

The street is quiet at night for a good night’s sleep.

Convenient access to grocery stores and everything else you need nearby.

Close to the River Lea, Hackney Marshes and other green spaces.
