Large, sunny house seeking 1 housemate

The Garden

Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate to move in ideally on the 7th March

The house is large, with plenty of space and storage.
There is a garden, great for BBQs and outside dining. There's a big double shared living room, with television (Netflix etc) and a sofa bed which is great if you have friends or family visiting! The kitchen is just as large ( the stove has 7 hobs and 2 ovens!). There is also a downstairs toilet and an upstairs shared bathroom.

The room is a nice sized double, very sunny and quiet, unfurnished in our lovely spacious 3 bedroom Victorian house in Homerton (8 min walk from Overground station and close to Chatsworth Rd, and Hackney marshes). It is also walking distance to the Stratford Olympic park and River Lea.

The house is very spacious and we are never on top of each other - it's perfect if you'd like to socialise but also good if you want to have your own space.

We are looking for a nice, clean, friendly and easy going person

I'm working full time as an f&b manager in an art venue and I'm quite often out but I do love to spend a quiet evening at home watching a film, cooking and having a glass of wine

When I'm not working I love to travel, go to gigs, exhibition or on nice long walk in the nature... I also spend quite a lot of time at the lido in london field.

I have been living in the house for over 8 years and love it so looking for someone who's planning to stay for a bit and also call the place their home.

Bills are about £ 135 ( a bit less in summer)
