I work in the city and I'm usually a mix of out and about or at home in the evenings after work and on weekends. Looking for a tidy, friendly flatmate who enjoys chill nights in, enjoying casual movie nights together but also their own space.

The Flat:
2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 main bathroom (which would be mainly yours), 1 en-suite bathroom (attached to my room). Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wrap around balcony across both bedrooms and front room area.

The building (includes access to):
1) a small gym with treadmill, exercise bike, weights, etc.
2) a concierge
3) a bike storage unit
