Cozy Double room, Hackney central

We’re looking for a mature, independent, but social, responsible, and cat-friendly flatmate to join our home. We’re in our 30s, and this isn’t a party house (though we’re up for the occasional gathering).
The available room is a double in Hackney Central, just a 5-minute walk from the Overground station and surrounded by green spaces like London Fields, Victoria Park, and Hackney Marshes. Shops and restaurants are close by too.
The flat is split over two floors: upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while downstairs features a kitchen, a bright living room (when the sun’s out!), and a utility room that can be used for work, studying, hobbies, or drying clothes.
The room will be available from the 17th of February, but we’re happy to adjust if we find the right person. The contract is rolling, so short-term stays are welcome too!
Rent is £750 per month plus £100 for bills, with a one-month deposit.
