Room, lounge space and wardrobe

I am subletting my room in Hackney for 1 week while I’m away - from March 25 to April 1, with the possibility to extend until April 5. The rent for a one-week stay is £250, all inclusive.
It’s a spacious room in a large Victorian house with a garden, shared with 8 others. The house has a living room, a big kitchen, and three bathrooms, plus everything you might need, including fast and reliable broadband. The house is not fancy - a bit worn but full of character and charm, with a very homely feel.
The housemates are a diverse and friendly group. The location is excellent: only a 7-minute walk to both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs, with plenty of parks, marshes, canals, cafés, and local shops nearby - and about a 20-minute walk to London Fields and Broadway Market.
I’m looking for someone clean and respectful. Female preferred.
