Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bed house in Homerton, Hackney from the 26th February! Just a 10 min walk from the station, we have a separate living room, garden, bathroom + WC etc.

Your room would be a furnished double bedroom on the 2nd floor with built-in storage.

The tenancy starts on 26th February. While the main lease is a 6-month contract (moving to a rolling contract from May due to new laws), two of us will be heading off travelling in July. Because of that, we’re looking for someone who can commit to 4 months living with us on this contract. After July, there’s the option to stay in the house with new housemates on a new contract if you’d like.

Rent is £775 a month
Deposit = £865

Approx Bills:
Wifi + water = £24
Council tax = £36.50
Gas + electric = £60-£80 a month

ABOUT US:
We are three women aged 24-26. Two of us are studying Masters in Architecture at UAL, and the other works full time as a data analyst. We’ve been together in the house for 1.5 years, and have really enjoyed getting to know each other. we enjoy having dinners together, exploring London, going out, doing crafty bits and playing music. We like having the occasional dinner party/ cocktail night!
