Room to let available in Homerton townhouse

Room available in lovely Homerton house share - 4 month let

We are a mixed house of musicians, photographers, teachers, healthcare professionals and a cat(!) so whoever you are I'm sure you'll fit in.

The house is well connected, only 7-8 minutes walk from Homerton overground (which gets you to Highbury & Islington & the tube in under half an hour from our door), 15 from London Fields & about the same from Hackney Central.

We also have a large Tesco 2 mins away, an even Larger Tesco 10 mins away & Lidl 10 mins in the other direction.

Better yet, Victoria park is also only 10 mins away & that's after you walk through 2 other, smaller parks! We also have a garden/patio 0 mins walk away & plenty of plants within the house if you like it green.

Despite it being a 6 person house, we are all on different schedules which means it never feels too crowded but there is always someone to say hello to and hang out with. With that in mind, we are looking for someone who isn't going to be working from home for most of the week so that we can maintain the spacious atmosphere in the house.

I’m moving out so I can move in with my girlfriend, we’re still looking for a place but I expect the room will be available in around 3-4 weeks, so early to mid April. The tenancy runs out in mid August, and the landlord is planning on putting the rent up so it looks like everyone else in the house will be moving out around then. If you love the house/the area and you can find people for the rooms, then I’m sure you would be able to stay if you wanted.


The room is fairly large, with two big windows, in built storage and an extra cupboard. The house also has a loft so there is lots of storage!!
