Hello, subletting the double room I have been staying in for 4 years as I move to somewhere closer to work. The room is available now :)

You can either sublet from now to May, or do it long term — you can be added to the contract from May.

This price is a rare find within 10 minutes walking distance to Hackney Central and 10 minutes walking distance to London Fields.

638 per month without bills. Bills can add up to around 150 including council tax.

You will ideally be a responsible person who can take up the shared bill managing responsibility from moving in. I currently manage broadband and water bill.

The rent is to be paid on the 4th of each month covering 5th that month towards 4th next month.

A deposit of £730 is required before moving in and this amount will contribute to the April sublet payment covering the tenancy 5 April - 4 May. From May onwards you can be officially added to the contract!
