💰Price: 860pcm (not inc bills) + deposit around 1 months rent. Bills approx £100pcm (sometimes more)

📅 Move in date: from Saturday 7th Feb (please only respond to this ad if you can move in then)

🚇 Transport links: walking distance to London Fields, Haggerston, Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath and Hoxton. Various bus links into central and beyond just a few minutes walk.

🛌 About the room: The room comes furnished with blackout curtains, a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Space for a small desk if needed and lots of natural light.

💗 About you: We’re ideally looking for someone late twenties to late thirties, who’s looking for a cosy, clean and calm flat, who wants to stay long term 🙏 Unfortunately no couples, students or pets.

✨ About us: You’ll be living with Elle (34) and Kayleigh (33). Elle works in fashion and Kayleigh in radio. We love the area so much and have a great relationship with our landlord who is friendly and responsive.

🌿 Note: The communal areas in the flat are quite small, meaning we’re extra mindful about each other’s space. We’ve made this house a home, so it’s not a party house (sorry!) but more somewhere to relax and decompress after working in the city 💭
