Looking for someone to take a room in our house in Hackney Central from end of May 2026 onwards, contract is for a year but there is a break out clause after 6 months.
Property has sitting room with tv, big kitchen, cosy terrace garden (perfect in the summer) two bathrooms and four bedrooms.
We are 10 min walking distance to Victoria Park and pubs such as Chesham Arms and clubs such as Moth Club are right around the corner. We are 15 min walking distance from London Fields and broadway market. We are close to Mare Street and have a huge Tescos within walking distance for shopping.
Price is £750 plus bills, deposit is £922. House is lovely very near to Hackney Central station & London fields.
