Hello!

I am looking for someone friendly and clean to sublet my room in my wholesome Homerton flat 🌱

Available from the 4th of April to the 25th of June. There is a little bit of flexibility in dates either end of this - we can discuss!

The location couldn’t be better - we are a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, London Fields, and Hackney Central/Homerton overgrounds, with so much to do (and eat) just moments away!

Who you will be living with:

Nadine (32) works in sustainability and loves to travel! She loves meeting her friends in East London for a glass of wine on a sunny terrace and cosying up with a lovely home-cooked meal and some reality TV.

Anna (29) works for a children's theatre charity, in the office full time. Anna performs cabaret in their spare time and loves exploring restaurants, cafes and nights out in the local area with their girlfriend.

Who you will be replacing

Margot (28) is a medical student who will (hopefully!) be qualifying as a doctor in a few weeks' time. Before embarking on NHS doctor life forevermore, she is taking 3 months off to go backpacking across SE Asia with her boyfriend.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal flatmate/subletter will be someone friendly and relaxed, who is happy to join a peaceful and happy flat.

We love looking after the flat (and each other!) - keeping it clean and making it a nice, cute place to live - hopefully you will be on the same vibe!

There is often a rom-com on the TV and we always share snacks!

Details

Price is 880 all in - that includes all bills. The landlord/agency are happy to have a subletter and you will be included on the contract as such, so you can feel secure.

Margot needs to leave a few bits behind - she will empty out all the clothes racks/clothes drawers in the room but will keep some boxes under the bed, so storage of big items will be quite limited.

Big Tesco very nearby, with Lidl about a 20 minute walk away. We are also near an M&S and Sainsburys.

We have a communal balcony where you can store your bike safely if you have one.
