The house is a 4 bed new build and we are looking for someone who can stay for at least a year.
The room is an ensuite double room and comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a double bed. Potential to buy desk, chair, and bedside table if interested.
In terms of communal space - we have a large, sunny terrace, and a large kitchen/living space to cook and hang out. There is lots of green space nearby and great coffee shops, supermarkets, and gyms.
Great location in the middle of Hackney Central - Hackney Central station is just minutes away and Hackney Downs is just over a 5-minute walk. Easy access to the Victoria line and Liverpool Street via the overground.
We are three creatives/professionals who enjoy our down time but also enjoy socialising and spending time together.
