Cosy double room in amazing location

Hi,

Our housemate Kayla is unfortunately moving out after 1.5 years because she is moving to Berlin. Therefore we’re looking for someone to take over her room and sign on to our lease renewal from 1st April at £825 per month. If you require an earlier move in date, please don’t hesitate to reach out because Kayla is open to moving out earlier.

The room is a small double that comes semi-furnished with the bedframe and mattress. It is decently sized with enough space for a desk, clothes rack and chest of drawers. The furniture pictured will not be included (except for the bedframe and mattress).

The flat itself is 3 bedroom, 1bathroom, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a garden accessible through one of the rooms. We also have bike storage at the front of the flat if you cycle. Bills usually land between 100-110 a month and we deal with the landlord directly.

We are located in a sweet spot. <5 min walk to Hackney Downs Station and Hackney Downs Park - so nice in the Summer, and great to be near nature in the Winter. Hackney Central and Dalston is also <15 min walk away. There’s a small Tescos less than 5 min walk and a big Tescos, M&S and Sainsbury within 15 minutes walk too. It’s really well connected and there’s plenty of great pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes around.

You'll be sharing with Charlie (M, 27, English) working in space insurance and Tommy (M, 28, English) working in advertising. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and considerate, and can add to the overall chilled vibe of the flat. We enjoy going out for a feed or the pub and having a Netflix night. While we have our own thing going on, we didn’t know each other previously and have all become good friends. We would like to live with someone social.
