Hackney Central attic room for rent

~840-850 per month, still figuring out the exact price because of a slight rent increase and moving some things around.
Bills come to ~100 a month
The room isn't on the lease, as it is in our attic space, but it is very large and fits a double bed, desk, and clothes rack spaciously.
The room comes furnished with the clothes rack, the shelving units, and currently a fold out bed which we are looking to get rid of, so a perk if you have your own.
Plenty of storage space in the roof for additional belongings, and great natural light through the skylights.
The house is a large terrace house with a balcony and back courtyard. It is a 5min walk to Hackney Central and 8min walk to Hackney Downes stations, and is very well connected to the rest of Hackney by bus or foot.
You will be sharing with 4 other housemate. Myself, Elle, 30 originally from Sydney and working in banking. Saira, 36 from London who is a GP. Theo, 29 from Ireland who works in theatre and sound production. And Keely, also 30 and originally from Sydney who works in animation.
We all get along and love a kitchen chat and the occasional dinner. We all have our own thing going on but come together to hang out, debrief and throw the odd party for birthdays / summer.
We are not a party house, however always welcome to have people over while still respecting everyone's space.
We have a cleaner that comes every fortnight to clean the shared spaces.
