We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate for our 3 bed Hackney Downs flat!

This is a 3 bed flat with the rooms based in the basement and then living / garden upstairs.

About us - you’ll be living with Zoë and Jett! Jett is 25 working in the entertainment industry and is really into music + going to shows! Also loves cooking, watching films, and travelling as much as possible. Zoë is 26 and a freelance fashion stylist and production assistant. She loves going to the pub, going to gigs and events, cooking, finding new vintage markets as well as flower markets and art events.

We’re a chill house who socialises together often but also likes our own space too. Looking for someone on a similar wave as us to join the flat.

About the room - the rent is £955 without bills and bills are usually around £135 per month per person. Its a double room with its own private yard as well as a shared garden upstairs. The room is unfurnished but can provide a bed frame if you’d like.

The flat is based next to Hackney Downs park with Clapton overground station 10 minutes walk away as well as Hackney Central overground 15 minutes walk away with loads of pubs, bars, and restaurants close by

The room is available from April 1st. We will be starting viewings this Sunday 22nd February.
