A bit about the house:
* Rent is £998 plus bills which is probably too much considering we don’t technically have a living room
* However the flat itself is lovely and the room is a really decent size, previous tenants have basically turned it into a living room as you can see
* We have also crammed a sofa and a table and a TV into our kitchen which now functions as a living room
* Room comes partly furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and desk chair
* In terms of the location, we’re in Dalston/Hackney, right next to Hackney Downs and about a ten-fifteen minute walk from London Fields. Transport-wise we’re about a ten minute walk from Hackney Downs, Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction. Area is super fun with loads going on!
