💰 Price: 974pcm + bills (approx £100, a little more in winter) + deposit (1 months rent)

📅 Move in date: weekend of 4-5 April (please only respond to this ad if you can move in then)

🚇 Transport links: walking distance to London Fields, Haggerston, Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath and Hoxton. Various bus links into central and beyond just a few minutes walk.

🛌 About the room: It comes furnished with blackout curtains, a double bed, large wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers. Loads of space for a desk if needed (which Elle is open to selling) and lots of natural light. It has also been freshly painted in February.

💗 About you: We’re ideally looking for another woman in her late twenties to late thirties, who’s looking for a cosy, clean and calm flat, wanting to stay long term 🙏 Unfortunately no couples, students or pets.

✨ About us: You’ll be living with Lizey and Kayleigh. Lizey works in occupational therapy and Kayleigh in radio. We love the area so much and have a great relationship with our landlord who is friendly and responsive.

🌿 Note: The communal areas in the flat are quite small, meaning we’re extra mindful about each other’s space. We’ve made this house a home, so it’s not a party house (sorry!) but a quiet place to relax and decompress after working in the city 💭
