Looking for a 10/10 new housemate to join our homey Hackney maisonette! 🏡 Located literally 1 minute from Victoria Park (5ks all day!) and sandwiched between two legendary pubs—The Hemingway and The Lauriston.

You’ll be sharing with Courtney (Boiler Room 🎧) and Amanda (Fashion/Beauty Art Direction 💄). The room is a bright, airy sanctuary at the back of the house with wood floors and plenty of storage.

The ideal fit: Someone with their own busy life who's down for a pub trip or a chilled evening together. We’re looking for a non-WFH full-timer to keep the home feeling like a sanctuary.

The Flat & Room
- The Space: Features a spacious living room, kitchen, two toilets, and a small garden area.

- The Room: Located on the second floor at the back of the property for a quiet, airy feel.

- Natural Light: Large windows provide tonnes of natural light.

- Furnished: Includes wood floors, shelving, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk.

- The Vibe: A "homey" space that is well looked after, offering a great price for the area.

- Bills: Approx £115/month.

The Ideal Fit
- Clean & Tidy: Looking for someone who values a nice, organized living environment.

- In-Office Pref: No full-time "work from home" applicants, please, to keep the space feeling like a home rather than an office.

- Easy-Going: Looking for good vibes and someone who is down for the occasional dinner, drink, night out etc.

Lastly, the downstairs flooring and kitchen have been agreed for a refit very soon!
