Myself and friend Charlie are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us for a flat next to Hackney Central. It’s a beautiful, recently renovated flat on the Trelawney Estate.
We’re looking to put down the holding deposit ASAP.
Has balcony, big living/ dining room and kitchen, and an upstairs with 3 sizeable bedrooms and separate bathroom/ shower room. Plenty of storage space.
Bills will be £130 ish / month and will be sorted by the landlord, so no fuss there.
About us:
Me and Charlie currently live together in Islington and are moving East as we spend all our time over here anyway!
I’m a 21yo working in Audio Post Production in Soho. I’m into my cycling, running, climbing, and music production. Charlie works as an account manager at a coffee roastery (plenty of fresh beans), and loves his music, food, and fun days out.
We’re looking for someone who’s clean, a good laugh, and keen to make this place feel like home!
