My friend Louis and I are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join in a flat right next to Hackney Central! It’s a beautiful, recently renovated flat on the Trelawney Estate.
We’re looking to put down the holding deposit ASAP.
Has balcony, big living/ dining room and kitchen, and an upstairs with 3 sizeable bedrooms and separate bathroom/ shower room. Plenty of storage space.
Bills will be £130 ish / month and will be sorted by the landlord, so no fuss there.

Me and Louis currently live together in Islington and are moving East as we spend all our time over here anyway!
Louis is a 21yo working in Audio Post Production in Soho. He’s big into cycling, running, climbing, and music production. I work as an account manager at a coffee roastery, and love music, food, and fun days out.
We’re looking for someone who’s clean, a good laugh, and keen to make this place feel like home! (Not a party flat)
